FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation and telemechanics on railway transport and is intended for control process automation and providing train movement safety for major railway stations. The system contains terminal facility and on-board equipment. Terminal facility consists of supervisory computer control systems, data acquisition controllers, electric interlocking, automated working place for electrician, automated working place for station duty officer, reference station and signal comparator. On-board equipment consists of on-board controller, indicating unit, control unit, pulse sensor, satellite positioning receiver with antenna, radio station with antenna, control cabinet connected to power and breaking systems of locomotive, and electropneumatic attachment.
EFFECT: system functionality enhancement due to process control automation providing improvement of traffic safety at major railway stations, tracking location and travel of shunting locomotives at station, automatic locomotive positioning on route using satellite positioning facilities, creation of information platform for station operation optimisation.
