The device contains a control computer complex of the shunting automatic locomotive signaling system, the first, second and third inputs/outputs of which are connected, respectively, with the input/output of the data transmission radio channel equipment unit, with the input/output of the satellite navigation unit and the first input/output of the control and communication unit device, the control computer complex of microprocessor interlocking, the first input/output of which is connected to the second input/output of the block of the control and communication device, the third input/output of which is connected to the local digital communication network and the input/output of the personal computer of the workstation of the station attendant, which equipped with a button for stopping locomotives, the output of the control computer complex of microprocessor interlocking is connected through the switch to the information board block, the output of the control controller is connected to the second input of the switch, the input / output of which is connected to the local digital network voice communication, to which personal computers of automated workstations of the head of the station, shunting dispatcher and electrician and a personal computer of a remote workplace, digital video cameras that are installed at all automated workplaces to monitor the corresponding actions of operators for entering control commands, are connected with their communication ports, each digital video camera with its digital data port is connected via a local digital communication network to the digital data port of the data mining and processing unit, to which a memory unit is connected, in which video frames of action standards for entering all used control commands are pre-recorded, as well as video frames of element state standards operator interface.

EFFECT: improved safety of process control at a railway station is achieved by identifying and preventing operator errors.
