FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: power drive contains housing, reversible motor, worm, worm gear, spring, gear lever and switching mechanism. Reversible motor is installed in housing and actuates worm. The worm actuates worm gear. The worm gear is installed in housing with possibility to rotate. The worm gear is made capable to rotate between the first and the second angular positions when motor is switched on. Spring is installed in the housing and should move the worm gear into neutral position when the motor is switched off. Gear lever is installed in housing with capability to move between the first and the second positions. The gear lever is connected with the worm gear via idling connection. Idling connection allow the gear lever to move between the first and the second positions without actuating the worm gear when the latter is neutral position. Switching mechanism is installed in housing. When the gear lever is between the first and the second positions the switching mechanism shifts it to the nearest of these positions. It is possible to execute locking and unlocking without motor reversing.
