FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: installation for recycling organic wastes and oil sludge has a reactor with molten salt, a filtration vessel with molten salt, a unit for loading components, a unit for loading wastes with a storage bin, and a heat exchanger. The installation includes a laser apparatus and a membrane oxygen generator, a reactor with molten salt is in form of a separate gasification chamber and a separate pyrolysis chamber. The pyrolysis chamber is connected by holes to the gasification chamber, the filtration vessel and heat exchanger, which is connected to the membrane oxygen generator. Inside the pyrolysis chamber there is an optical lens opposite the laser apparatus which is placed such that the focus of its beam lies at the outlet of the socket piece in the hole in the unit for loading wastes in which there is an auger-type pusher. Valves are fitted into the holes in the pyrolysis chamber and filtration vessel.
EFFECT: less requirements for moisture of organic wastes and oil sludge, higher degree of mechanisation and efficiency of the process of recycling organic wastes and oil sludge.
