FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: voltage inverter (VI) comprises a six transistored (TR) (1-6) three-phase bridge (TB) connected to input pins (P), in bridge with counter diodes (7-12), with its output pins connected to the output pins (13) of the VI, three current sensors (CS) (14-16) integrated in the output pin (13) circuits of the VI, six capacitors (CP) (17-22) and six varistors (23-28) bridging the TRs (1-6) of the TB, a voltage limiter (29) and a series circuit (SC) of two CPs (30, 31), bridging the TB, a common point of the CPs (30, 31) is connected with a signal earth terminal of the VI, six SCs comprising two-input circuit (TC) of the inverter (32-37) and an output stage (OS) (38-43), outputs of the OS (38-43) are connected with driving electrodes of the TR (1-6), a pulse distributor (PD) (44) with its outputs connected with the first inputs of the TC of the inverter (32-37), a driving oscillator (DO) (45) an output of which is connected to an input of the PD (44), six comparators (46-51) with its outputs connected to the second inputs of the TC of the inverter (32-37), and the inputs are jointed in pairs and connected to the outputs of the CSs (14-16). The output pins of the TB are in bridge in pairs with complementary snubber CPs (52-54).
EFFECT: higher working reliability of the self-excited voltage inverter.
