FIELD: convertor electrical devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pulsed power converters that correct the input power factor. In a three-phase voltage rectifier with a power factor corrector containing a load, transistors, each phase of the rectifier is made in form of parallel-connected input and output modules of two transistors forming a half-bridge, while the middle point of each half-bridge is connected to the corresponding phase wire of a three-phase network, and the outer points of each half-bridge are electrically connected to the corresponding poles of a three-phase rectifier and, through a DC bus, to the load; two additional blocks are introduced into the control system delays; two drivers; two resistors and two diodes; current sensors; first voltage error amplifier; a voltage divider electrically connected to the input of the first voltage error amplifier, the output of which is electrically connected to the inputs generating sawtooth voltage pulses, and electrically connected to the first inputs of the corresponding comparators, each generating a pulse-width modulation signal, wherein the outputs of the comparators are electrically connected to the inputs of corresponding delay units, and a second amplifier is electrically connected to the second inputs of the respective comparators. The outputs of the corresponding delay units, by means of drivers that generate two excitation signals to the transistors, are electrically connected through a resistor and diode installed in parallel with the gates of the corresponding transistor in the corresponding transistor modules. The capacitor is made in form of four shunting and four smoothing capacitors installed in parallel with the corresponding transistor module of the corresponding rectifier phase, with each shunting capacitor connected to the external points of each half-bridge, and smoothing capacitors are placed in pairs relative to the corresponding transistor in the corresponding transistor module and connected to the last of the parallel installed relative to the corresponding transistor module by a shunt capacitor with its inputs.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of power factor correction and the reliability of control of a three-phase voltage rectifier with an increase in the power transmitted by the three-phase rectifier.
