FIELD: medicine, sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of sport and entertainment. Training simulator allows to model situations in which a person experiences exercise stress de facto and has to respond to them, performing the same actions as in real training. Method of creating wave in water amusements of inertial type lies in rotation of filled with water case with internal wall surface in form of paraboloid of revolution or in form of lower part of torus for distribution of water layer along said case wall, formation of wave on the surface of said water layer is formed by installation on case wall surface of convexes in form of spirally extended ribs.
EFFECT: increase of training efficiency due to creation of effect of "standing wave" on water surface of inertial simulator case, which will allow to develop coordination of movement and statpkinetic interference immunity of athlete to external force impact in real conditions, copying conditions of sportive competition.
