Tie-rod is formed as variable length puller. Minimum diameter of platform is at least twice the length of carrier. Safety barrier is extending along platform edge. Platform is made oval-shaped and is adapted to carry detachable and repositionable obstacles. Platform may be formed from separate members which may be interconnected by means of binders, and it may be provided with mechanism for adjusting height and inclination angle of separate members or groups. Carrier is mounted on column by means of pivot joint for rotation in vertical plane.
