FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to micro channel device that comprises micro channels with elements of inner surfaces and can be used in various industrial branches for evaporation, chemical separation, condensation, heating cooling etc. Proposed device comprises micro channel with multiple repeating surface elements each being made with an angle. Length of inlet segment does not exceed one centimetre. Micro channel comprises two walls, one of them incorporating at least ten surface elements. Said elements can be coated with catalyst. Fluid is forced through micro channel with Reynolds number exceeding 100. Micro channel wall can allow heat exchange.
EFFECT: efficient interaction of media.
