FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for pressure die casting with crystallisation. Proposed method comprises applying of lubrication on die, pouring alloy into female die, lowering male die for variable-pressure casting. After male die closed the female die, compressed air is forced into male die channels. Male die lifted into top position, lubricant-coolant is fed along billet edges to take the biller out of the die. Compressed air feed into male die is terminated before the next casting cycle.
EFFECT: higher quality.
