FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to fixed mechanical equipment with hydraulic drives for to be used in railroad facilities. The installation contains base with lodgment mounted on it. It is equipped with wheel pair hanging device and device for hanging motor-axle bearings. Vertical stands are pivotally connected with horizontal frame, base and the first pair of hydraulic cylinders to provide possibility to change tilt angle of vertical stands. Horizontal frame is pivotally connected with the second pair of hydraulic cylinders which are pivotally installed on the base being able to change tilt angle of horizontal frame. The second version of installation implies presence of autonomous swing jib crane providing movement of removed parts and bearings hydraulic puller within working zone.

EFFECT: simplification of wheel and motor locomotive unit dismantling, lowering possibility of operating staff injuries, as well as providing possibility to fold down the installation into compact condition to exclude its damages during crane operations and removal of wheel and axle unit.
