FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: stand has U-shaped working table with semicircular recess 3 made in middle part of upper table top 2. Recess 3 is positioned above lower mounting plate 1 of table. Hydraulic extinguisher stem withdrawal mechanism mounted on upper table top 2 is formed as power cylinder 19 positioned on cantilevered beam 20 movable about vertical pole. Stand is further provided with periodic fixation mechanism with power cylinder 9 installed on lower mounting plate 1 and stem connected to claw-shaped grip 10 horizontally mounted above upper table top 2 and is supported by top 2. Hydraulic extinguisher sleeve pressing and squeezing out mechanism mounted on table top 2 is formed as power cylinder 24 mounted in vertical position on U-shaped pole. Stand has power driver 31 and hydraulic extinguisher valves regulating and testing attachment. Hydraulic extinguisher to be tested is mounted on lower table top 2 and retained by permanent retaining mechanism.
