FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diving suit made from material containing HNBR, that is, nitrile-rubber in amount of 40-70 wt %, at least one filler in amount of 5-60%, at least one plastifier in amount of 5-30 wt % and at least one curing agent in amount of 2-10 wt %. Invention relates also to the method of producing aforesaid diving suit that comprises calendaring rubber material that comprises HNBR, cutting it into suit parts, sewing suit parts by seams and covering that seams by rubber tape. Thereafter, entire suit is cured. Besides invention covers also the HNBR application in suit rubber material.
EFFECT: good resistance to chemicals and abrasion resistance, elasticity and stretchability, possibility to use in contaminated water.
