SUBSTANCE: invention relates to capsule for beverage preparation in beverage machine when boiled liquid is delivered at relatively low pressure and is most of all suitable for tea beverages preparation. The capsule includes chamber containing one or more beverage components, filtering wall separating at least one filtering side of chamber. The capsule also includes bypass wall which is located on the way of boiled liquid after filtering wall and which has at least one bypass port or connects with at least one pricker or prick detection device capable to prick or accordingly determine place of prick of at least one bypass port.

EFFECT: capsule provides obtaining high-quality concentrated beverage.
