SUBSTANCE: capsule for making a drink in a drink machine comprises a brewing chamber, holding one or more ingredients for a drink, a filtering facility, which limits the brewing chamber at least from one side, a facility for drink guiding towards an outlet hole for drink pouring from the capsule and a shell with a cover fixed to it to form a gas impermeable container for ingredients for drink. Also the capsule comprises facilities of opening with an opening element installed outside the brewing chamber and made with the possibility to open a gas impermeable container to form an outlet hole for drink pouring, besides, the specified gas impermeable container fully holds the drink guiding facilities and the opening element. At the same time the capsule comprises a pouring wall, arranged on the way of the brewed liquid downstream the filtering facility with at least one drain hole.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify the capsule design, to increase hygienic properties and is characterised by convenience of use.
