SUBSTANCE: method for beverage preparation using a capsule inserted into a beverage preparation apparatus and including a shell containing one or more beverage ingredients, in which a brewing fluid medium is introduced into a shell for brewing a beverage at relative pressure below 0.02 MPa (0.2 bar), preferably below 0.01 MPa (0.1 bar). Drain wall is arranged together with shell, and capsule is placed in beverage preparation apparatus so that drain wall is directed vertically. Drain wall includes drain means, which holds brewed liquid from exiting capsule or restricts liquid flow in case pressure inside shell is below preset value. Drain means provides output of brewed liquid when pressure exceeds said preset value. Drain means includes at least one drain hole, having a channel, which increases its section, when pressure inside shell rises. Drain wall extends substantially from bottom cover to top cover and is made of flexible or elastic material, such as membrane material of organic silicon or woven material from elastic fibres.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides high concentration of produced beverage and reduced turbidity.
