SUBSTANCE: system for the production of fibre and method of application steam formed at instantaneous evaporation of black liquor from the cooking system includes: the formation of black liquor in the cooking system, direction of black liquor to the evaporation system without using any system for pre-evaporation, instantaneous black liquor in the evaporation system to produce steam, and use at least some amount of steam for steaming wood chips in the hopper for wood chips and/or to supply to external heat exchangers of the cooking system for preheating of sulphate cooking liquor and/or filtrates for use in the cooking system. In other embodiments the system of the enterprise for production of fibre and method of using steam produced when the instantaneous evaporation of black liquor from the cooking system includes: production of black liquor from the cooking system, the instantaneous evaporation of black liquor in a single stage to obtain steam prior to sending black liquor in the tank for storage of the evaporation system, use of steam for steaming wood chips and/or evaporation of black liquor in the evaporation system, and prevention of concentrated non-condensable gases and contaminated condensate in the cooking system through use of the cooking system without any steam condensate formed at instantaneous evaporation of black liquor.

EFFECT: increase of economy of steam, reducing release of contaminated condensate and malodorous gases, reduction of necessary equipment and reduction of requirements for operating the system.
