SUBSTANCE: in sound-insulating device, lengthy sound-insulating element, having polyhedral working part bent at the specified angle to form an open side that faces source of sound, is serially arranged one over another between bearing pillars installed in vertical position at the specified distance, to form sound-insulating wall of appropriate height; at the same time sound wave from source of sound interferes with each other by means of polyhedral working part in order to reduce noise.
EFFECT: high sound-insulating properties, ability to preserve specified properties for a long period of time, high manufacturability of assembly, simplicity in manufacturing and ease of recycling.
