FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: wooden building panel consists of fire- and bio-resistant boards spaced along height with a frame made of boards or bars, wind- and steam-insulating sheets of film and heat and sound insulation. For the purpose of heat and steam insulation, blocks are used, which are formed from a mixture of peat and wood chips with shavings taken in equal volumes, heated up to (80-90)°C, dried down to relative moisture of (12-16)% at the temperature of (80-95)°C, afterwards exposed to heating of up to (125-145)°C and soaked at this temperature for (1-1.5) hours, or packets are used made of a mixture of compacted fire- and bio-resistant wood chips and shavings impregnated with the same solution and dried in accordance with the same modes that the peat and chips blocks.

EFFECT: simplified technology of making heat and sound insulating elements, making the target products incombustible and bio-resistant, improvement of their physical and mechanical properties.
