FIELD: waste management.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waste management particularly to recycling of the waste related to the railway transport, namely to recycling of railway wooden sleepers. The complex of recycling of railway wooden sleepers along with production of heat power, and with lines of production of sawdust concrete and wood-filled plastic materials contains a discharge area, an area of sorting of wooden sleepers and in parallel proximity to it there is an area of preparation of wooden sleepers, an area of sleeper length cutting, an area of sleeper parting-off and a lumber yard. The area of preparation of wooden sleepers is in parallel proximity to an area of sleeper breakage, an area of sawdust drying, an area of sawdust storing and an area of supply-and-exhaust ventilation and aspiration. The area of sawdust drying is connected with the line of sawdust combustion that has an area of sawdust combustion and an area of fume treatment and an area of electric power generation connected with it. The sawdust storing area is connected with the line of sawdust concrete production and the line of wood-filled plastic material.

EFFECT: setting up a complex that is capable of a complete recycling of used wooden railway sleepers to produce lumber, items from wood-filled plastic materials, items from sawdust concrete, as well as to generate heat and electric energy to meet the needs of operational procedures.
