FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: friction planetary gear includes main and additional satellites interacting with inner surfaces of main (6) and additional (10) solar wheels respectively. Satellites are located in one plane with axes arranged at distance R from axis of inlet shaft (1). Additional satellite is rigidly connected to main satellite and has outer surface diametre which is different from it and chosen from the specified ratio. Main and additional satellites are made in the form of two coaxial rings between which elastic flexible annular element (5) is arranged.
EFFECT: invention allows decreasing axial dimensions at sufficient increase of service life and carrying capacity of friction planetary gear.
