FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: friction planetary gear contains a ring with an internal working surface. With this structure, it is made fixed. The remaining rollers (2), (3), (4), (5) of the friction gear are satellites. They have outer working surface, disposed inside the central ring (1) and perform planetary movement. Satellites (3, 4, 5), directly interacting with the wheel (1), constitute an outer group of satellites. Satellite (2) is the central group of satellites. It only communicates with the satellites of the outer group. Satellite (3), which is the largest satellite of the outer band, performs the function of the driven element. It is fixed on the shaft (6) by means of splines. The satellite (2) is the leading part of the transmission. Satellites (4, 5) serve as a support for the leading satellite (2). The support (intermediate) satellites (4) and (5) are interconnected by a bridge - a lead (11). This element, firstly, is much easier to drive along the design, and secondly, it is not loaded with torque, and its rigidity and strength do not limit the torque that can withstand the transmission. To supply and removal torque devices used, compensating for misalignment of the master (2) and driven (3) of rollers relative to the fixed wheel (1).
EFFECT: simplification of the design and increase the load capacity of the planetary gear.
