FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in method for manufacturing of plate-type heat exchangers, consisting in fixation of plates to each other by means of welding executed along according external sides and additionally by large number of welding sections arranged at least in two rows, parallel to each other and bordering with a pair of opposite external sides of plates at the specified distance from these sides, supply of pressurised fluid between fixed plates to form hollow boxy frame with development of tubular channels, hollow body is cut along tubular channels in direction of their axes, to form half-tubular channels, which are open at external side of frame and connected to distributor and collector.
EFFECT: development and realisation of simple, cost-efficient and effective method for manufacturing of plate-type heat exchanger providing for considerable reduction of manufacturing time with simultaneous increase in level of automation of used process equipment.
