FIELD: chemical industry; methods and the reactors for realization of the chemical reactions in the pseudo-isothermal conditions.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of realization of the chemical reactions in the pseudo-isothermal conditions, that is at adjustment and maintaining of the reaction temperature within the narrow range of deviations from the preset value of the optimal temperature. The method of the control over the pseudo-isothermality of the chemical reaction in the corresponding area of the reaction, in which there are the heat exchangers, through which the heat-transfer liquid transits and where the critical sections of the heat-exchange are determined, they conduct lowering and adjustment in the critical sections of the reaction area of the value of heat transfer coefficient between the running heat-transfer liquid and the reaction area using the heat insulation of the sections of the heat exchangers arranged in the critical sections of the reaction area. The point-type heat insulation of the heat exchanger allows to magnify essentially the conversion output of the liquid or gaseous reactants in the sections of the reaction area arranged near to the heat-insulated sections of the heat exchanger, and also ensures the necessary completeness of the chemical reaction running in the reactor.
