SUBSTANCE: when channel switching connection is released, packet transmission resources are allocated by converting time intervals used for channel switching connection traffic to time intervals used for packet data traffic. Also the current message, which is transmitted to a mobile device during the release phase of the channel switching connection, before its completion, includes a new warning signal in order to notify the mobile device that said conversion will take place after release of the channel switching connection.
EFFECT: flexible allocation of packet transmission resources when channel switching connection is released during a double transmission mode.
