SUBSTANCE: when it is necessary to delete an element of an instant message or a file, SIP REFER message is sent from user device to delete the element from user account, at the same time the message includes unique identifier of the element. In response to sent query, between a virtual agent and area in the network intended for deleted elements, SIP INVITE session is established. After establishment of SIP INVITE session, the element is sent from user account to area for deleted elements and is deleted from user account.
EFFECT: development of simple and reliable method for removal and selective removal of saved messages from user account.
