SUBSTANCE: method includes selection of useful data (initial multimedia data) transferred during connection establishment between the call connection initiating user and, at least, one call recipient user via, at least, one telecommunication network (SIP- intermediary). In this connection, the address receipt data (IP-B, Port-B) are extracted together with the address transmission data (IP-b, Port-b), the address transmission data (IP-b, Port-b) being used by the initiating user for establishing the call connection from the call recipient user of the useful data (initial multimedia data).
EFFECT: efficient selection of initial multimedia data streams.
