SUBSTANCE: device for seedbed preparation comprises the two-bar frame with support wheels, with the three-point hitch system and working bodies mounted on the frame bars in staggered order with overlapping. The working bodies are made in the form of racks with cutters pivotally mounted at an obtuse angle to the movement direction with the possibility of rotation. The cutters have the form of flat discs with sharpening, and the racks are hinged on the frame bars. The racks are installed behind the bars in the bearings fixed to the brackets and in the upper part are equipped with rigidly fixed sprockets that pass through the cut slots made inside the frame bars to provide kinematic connection with the sliders. The sliders are arranged inside the bars in the guides and are arranged parallel to the racks; wherein they are equipped with toothed racks and are connected in each frame bar through connecting rods with the cranks, which are in turn connected to the DC gear motors connected to the power system of the tractor.
