FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of apiculture. Claimed method of obtaining honey includes the following operations. After swarm leaves the hive it is moved to a new hive, where it is intensively fed with natural honey for 3-5 days. After that magazine extension is installed and honey from first bee plants of flowers blooming in the first half of June is collected. Pumping-out of honey is carried out on centrifugal honey extractor into cans from comb frames with fully ripened honey, in which seal of comb surface is 90% closed. Preliminarily before pumping-out comb seal is removed. For medicinal purpose 1/3 of precipitated on can bottom honey is taken.
EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining honey with high physical-chemical and organoleptic properties, with higher content of mineral substances and microelements, which has active healing properties.
