SUBSTANCE: hydroxylapatite with particles of nanosize can be used as osteo-replacing material in carrying out various surgical services associated with breakage or loss of a bone or its part by a patient. The invention is aimed at creating in the finished product of biocement-hydroxylapatite of nano-sized particles without the use of heat treatment. This result is achieved by the fact that the finished product is exposed with X-ray radiation at room temperature with radiation absorbed dose equal to 16.1±0.5 kGy and the subsequent two months of aging at room temperature.

EFFECT: reduction of frangibility of osteo-replacing material.
