FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of a container shaped as bowl Venturi with a liquid solution of the drug, coupled with a tubular connector to connect to a mask or mouthpiece. The first pump is connected to the container to create a permanent flow of air spraying solution of the drug dissolved in it. The second pump is connected to the tubular connector to create a stream of air in the direction opposite to the air in the phase of exhalation, and synchronises air flow generated by it with the phase of exhalation. During inhalation patient receives air with dissolved medicine from the device under excess pressure thanks to the work of the first pump and during exhalation air under excess pressure due to the work of the first and second pumps.
EFFECT: elimination of the influence the state of the patient's airway to the effectiveness of treatment.
