SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to novel method, composition and kit applicable for treating pulmonary diseases, such as pulmonary arterial hypertension. In particular, composition iloprost are provided, which can be aerosolized, which are intended for use in inhalation therapy. Their introduction represents bolus inhalation, which is convenient for patient, effective and well tolerable.
EFFECT: bolus inhalation can be achieved, for example, using efficient nebulizer, based on vibrating screen technology.
