FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling, particularly to devices intended for replacing stands of multi-stand roll mills, and can be used for rolling steel cold-rolled sheets, wire drawing and mashing, producing roller wire etc. Device comprises drive rotary frame with horizontal axis of rotation. Said frame represents a prism with two or more working faces oriented along rolling line with support platforms that accommodate lines of stands sets. Frame is arranged on supports to revolve about the axis parallel the rolling line. Frame is furnished with stationary assemblies of retainers. Stand rolls drive is arranged on cross carriages.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and expanded performances.
