FIELD: rolled stock production. SUBSTANCE: stand of rolling mill includes housing with through opening. Pair of roll shafts is mounted in said housing with possibility of rotation. At least one of said shafts is rotatably mounted in eccentric openings of mutually joined sleeves. Said shafts support rolling rolls arranged in through opening in such a way that roll grooved pass is restricted between them. Adjusting member engages in axial direction with one of said sleeves for rotating both sleeves and therefore for adjusting mutual displacement of rolling rolls (roll grooved pass). Said adjusting member is arranged in module mounted on said housing with possibility of dismounting. EFFECT: improved design. 10 cl, 11 dwg
