SUBSTANCE: proposed alloy contains the following components, in wt %: 85 - 90 of dry sand; 2.3 - 3.1 of fine clay; 5.0 - 5.5 of chrysotile asbestos; 0.6 - 1.1 of sodium hydrate γ=1,32 g/cm3; 5.0 - 5.5 of fluid glass M=2.4, and 0.05 wt % of carbon-containing raw thermal destruction products.
EFFECT: improved shake-out properties, higher quality of casting, lower costs.
