FIELD: nanotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for obtaining polymeric nanocomposite materials in form of thick films and can be used in optoelectronics and radio electronics when making functional electric and current-conducting structures of devices. The method of obtaining polymeric nanocomposite thick films involves formation of a polymer matrix under the effect of heat energy at constant pressure on an initial polymer-containing composition modified by metal nanoparticles with size of up to 30 nm. Temperature, pressure and exposure time are selected based on the condition for ensuring a superplasticity threshold, attainment of which is visually monitored. The device for obtaining polymeric nanocomposite thick films has a cylindrical holder with a base, in which there is a power spring, a device for regulating pressure on the spring, non-adhesive linings for placing the initial composition placed between washers. The linings with washers are placed between the base and the spring. The holder has ventilation slits and the spring has a control flag for fixing the superplasticity threshold of the initial composition.

EFFECT: obtaining highly pure thermally stable thick-film materials with ordered distribution of nanoparticles in a polymer matrix.
