FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of biodegradable polymer compositions containing synthetic and natural polymers, and may find application in the manufacture of packaging and packaging, packaging and agricultural films, other consumer goods with a short lifespan, capable of biodegradation under the influence of environmental factors. Biodegradable polymer composition contains a mixture of high and low pressure polyethylenes predominantly from industrial waste and/or secondary raw materials and powdered cellulose isolated from sea brown algae, mainly of the fucus genus, with the following content of components, wt.%: polyethylene 50–90, powdered cellulose 10–50.
EFFECT: improving the stability of the operational properties of the resulting product while reducing the cost of the composition and simplifying the method of its preparation.
