FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant comprises tight cylindrical pyrolysis chamber 1, loading chamber 2 with tires 3, loading chamber loading/unloading mechanism, device to feed heating gas into pyrolysis chamber heating zone and to discharge pyrolysis products from pyrolysis chamber. Loading chamber 2 represents an annular platform 4 with tube 5 whereon tires 3 are fitted and which is arranged in pyrolysis chamber 1 so that tire treads are parallel with the pyrolysis chamber surface. Pyrolysis chamber 1 is divided into zones of heating and removing pyrolysis gases by annular pressure dusk 8 with its flat side fitted in loading clamber 2 that can go down during pyrolysis by gravity to decrease heating zone. Heating gas is fed into heating chamber 1 by nozzles 11 arranged on pyrolysis chamber surface so that heating gas jet coming out of the neck of nozzle 11 is directed tangentially towards tire tread 3.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of pyrolysis.
