FIELD: power engineering; thermal processing of comminuted hydrocarbonaceous raw material.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to devices for thermal processing of comminuted hydrocarbonaceous raw material, in particular for pyrolysis of comminuted rubber-containing materials with production of the useful components used in power engineering and in production of building materials. The installation contains: a furnace made in the form of a cylindrical structural steel hull with a lining, a coaxially installed in it pyrolysis chamber with a ring-type clearance, a source of a heating, a means for withdrawal of the pyrolysis products with a branch-pipe for removal of a steam-gas mixture, a mechanism of the raw material loading. At that the structural steel hull of the furnace is made as a single-piece with a spreading in its lower part, the pyrolysis chamber is made stationary in the form of a coiled pipe installed inside the structural steel hull. The means for withdrawal of the pyrolysis products is made in the form of a branch-pipe for removal of the steam-gas mixture and a solid residue. The mechanism of the raw material loading is made as a bin and a loading device linked with the bottom of the pyrolysis chamber through a branch-pipe of alternate feeding of a noble gas or a steam-gas mixture with the raw material. In addition the installation contains a hollow cylinder coaxially installed inside the pyrolysis chamber with a clearance, a pipe for air feeding installed in the lower part of the furnace, a cyclone installation for separation of the steam-gas mixture from the solid residue and transportation of the raw material and the steam-gas mixture consisting of a cyclone and a ventilator and linked with the upper part of the pyrolysis chamber through the branch-pipe for removal of the pyrolysis products, a distribution device linked with the cyclone installation through the branch-pipe of the steam-gas mixture withdrawal and with a the loading device - through the pipe of alternate feeding of a steam-gas mixture or a noble gas. At that the distribution device is additionally linked to a heat exchanger, with a noble gas balloon and with the pipe of air removal. The invention allows to speed up the process of pyrolysis and to treat a great volume of the comminuted hydrocarbonaceous raw material, ensuring an increase of efficiency and profitability of functioning of the installation in a continuous operation mode.
EFFECT: increased speed of pyrolysis process, volume of treated raw material, efficiency and profitability of the installation operation.
