FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: composite reinforcement consists of external layer (1), internal layer (2). According to version No.1, layer (1) is made of nanocomposite coal plastic, in which polymer matrix is modified with carbon nanostructures. Layer (2) is made of light highly mobile concrete, which contains the following components at the following ratio (wt %): cement - 20-50; filler - 70-30; plasticiser - 0.02-2.5; water - balance. According to version No.2, layer (1 is made of nanocomposite coal plastic, in which polymer matrix is modified with polyhedral multilayer carbon nanostructures of fulleroid type in the ratio of 0.01-10% of polymer matrix weight. Layer (2) is made of light highly mobile nanoconcrete, which contains the following components at the following ratio (wt %): cement - 24-48; filler - 60-30; modified basalt fibre - 2-6; plasticiser - 0.05-3.0; water - balance. According to version No.3, layer (1) is made of nanocomposite coal plastic. Layer (2) is made of light highly mobile nanoconcrete, which contains the following components at the following ratio (wt %): cement - 20-50; filler - 50-20; plasticiser - 0.02-2.5; water soluble epoxide resin - 0.2-25; water - balance. Concrete mix for light highly mobile nanoconcrete additionally contains water soluble epoxide resin.
EFFECT: reinforcement has higher thermal resistance with preservation of strength parametres.
