FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tools for details mechanical treatment, particularly, to vibro-amortise tool, and can be used for treatment of details made of metal, rock, glass, ceramics. Tool has main body and machining head - cutter, milling cutter or screw auger. Main body of the tool is implemented of carbon fiber, polyhedral multilayer carbonaceous nanostructures of fulleroid type with interlaminar distance 0.34-0.36 nm, medium particle size 60-200 nm and specific resistance no more than 2.5×10-4 ohm·cm at the pressure 1.2 Kbar and plastic binder. Polyhedral multilayer carbonaceous nanostructures of fulleroid type are taken in amount 0.05-20% of plastic binder mass.
EFFECT: increasing of rigidity and strength of the tool's main body.
