SUBSTANCE: measuring unit is connected by the first information group of outputs to the outputs by the same name of the personal computer, its second and third pair of outputs are connected to the first group of information outputs of the plug-in module, and the fourth output is connected to the first input of the display unit, the second output of the display unit is connected to the other output of the plug-in module. Block of audio-video connection has a video-acoustic connection with a plug-in module and is connected to the second information group of outputs of the personal computer. The user's terminal access block is connected with i-groups of information outputs to the group of outputs by the same name of the block of interactive communication with user. His other information group of outputs is connected to the third group of information outputs of the personal computer. The remaining outputs of the second information group of the plug-in module are connected to the outputs by the same name of the display unit.
EFFECT: enhancement of functionality.
