TRAINING SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED TRAINING OF SEARCHING FOR AND CATCHING FISHING AND MARINE INVERTEBRATES RESPONDING TO LIGHT Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC G09B9/00

Abstract RU 2436168 C2

FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: system has at least one computer-based workstation for the trainee, which is a virtual fishing vessel fitted with lighting equipment; a computer-based workstation for the teacher - head of the expedition, which is a virtual mother ship having a hydrometeorological information module, a fishing conditions module, a fishing time module, a consumable materials (fuel, water, provisions) module, a storage container module, a financial balance module, a module for configuration of the virtual mother ship and fishers and a display screen; a software environment, which is a knowledge base with retrospective data of real conditions for searching for and catching fish, output during training in form of message windows simultaneously or successively through corresponding modules on the display screen. The workstation of the trainee and the workstation of the teacher are connected to each other by a data exchange system. The knowledge base is presented with retrospective data on real conditions for searching for and catching fish of two types: data from the course of lectures and close retrospect - data for 1-2 days before the fishing event.

EFFECT: training system enables to bring virtual fishing conditions closer to real operating conditions of ships in expedition conditions, and can be used to perform laboratory works, conduct tests and examinations, and for demonstrating lecture materials.
