FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the complex cultivation techniques, consisting of the operations of tillage, seed preparation for sowing, autumn sowing, care for seedlings in autumn, estimation of crop after over-wintering on degree of preservation from impact of low temperature. In case of presence of partial destruction of plants the decision is taken about further actions for crops cultivation, introducing of nitrogen fertilising in spring in case of abandonment crops after overwintering for getting harvest. Crops with dead above-ground part of plants, and provided preservation of root zone of not less than 15-20 plants per 1 m2 of the area are treated during growth of new aerial shoots with fungicide from group of azoles, such as Folikur fungicide or Kolosal fungicide or Amistar fungicide at a dose of 0.8-1.0 l/ha. Crops are treated with a single and/or two doses with an interval of 25-35 days between treatments.
EFFECT: method provides the ability to produce a crop of rapeseed winter wheat, over-wintered in extreme conditions of winter period, which caused death of aboveground parts of plants.
