SUBSTANCE: method includes a set of cultivation techniques, consisting of tillage operations, preparing seeds for sowing, autumn sowing of seeds, caring for crops in the autumn, assessing crops after winter for the degree of their safety from low temperatures and with partial death of plants, making a decision on further actions to preserve crops after winter to obtain a yield. Crops with dead above-ground parts of plants, provided that the preserved root part has no less than 15-20 plants per 1 m² of their area, are processed during the period of growth of new above-ground shoots of plants. Before winter, crops are treated during the period of regrowth of the first 4-6 true leaves. The drug “Fastak” is used as an insecticide at a dose of 0.15 l/ha against the cruciferous flea beetle in the autumn before precipitation in form of snow. The drug “Caramba” is used as a growth regulator, which is a systemic fungicide that promotes the development of a powerful root system, at a drug dose of 1.0 l/ha. In the fall, before sowing, the seeds are treated with the drug Ora Start at a dose of 1 l/ha. The field is treated with the continuous action herbicide "Lerashans" at a dose of 0.3-0.35 l/ha until the plants have flower buds; in the spring, during the growing season, during the stemming phase, they are treated with the drug "Azotovit" at a dose of 1 l/ha.

EFFECT: method ensures a more thorough long-term protective effect of the new fungicide in the development of stem leaves that go to wintering during the phase of formation of the first true leaves, eliminates deficiencies in mineral nutrition before sowing winter rapeseed hybrids and the possibility of feeding wintering plants in the spring with treatment with a microbiological drug that provides plants with nitrogen nutrition.
