SUBSTANCE: invention is related to dairy industry. The powdered milk contains a carbohydrate component which contains lactose in an amount of nearly 0.001% -60% of the total weight of carbohydrates present in the powdered milk and a protein component which is represented by hydrolysed whey protein, the hydrolysis degree whereof varies from 4% to 10% and caseine; the hydrolysed protein has a specific molecular weight.
EFFECT: production of powdered baby milk containing hydrolysed protein with a specific molecular weight.
