FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine, in particular to methods of functional diagnostics. Occlusive test is carried out to diagnose functional condition of peripheral vessels. Using infrared imager, average temperature is continuously measured in area of distal phalanxes of fingers and/or toes in pre-occlusion, occlusion and post-occlusion periods. Temperature measurements are carried out simultaneously at several fingers or toes. If during post-occlusion period temperature of each finger or toe does not reach average temperature of pre-occlusion period, then dysfunction of endothelium-dependent regulation of local blood flow is determined. If during occlusion the temperature did not go down by more than 1°C below average temperature of pre-occlusion period, then limb blood supply dysfunction is determined. Additionally, using time dependence of temperature, type of microcirculation is determined - hyperaemic, normotonic or spastic.

EFFECT: method increases information value of occlusive tests due to registration and analysis of time dependence of temperature of distal hand phalanxes.
