FIELD: medicine; endocrinology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for detection of microcirculatory disorders in skin of limbs in patients with disturbed carbohydrate metabolism. That is ensured by recording a patient's arm and leg with a skin microcirculation level by evaluating the perfusion value by laser Doppler flowmetry or incoherent fluctuation spectroscopy. Pulse wave parameters are simultaneously evaluated by conducting a basic test and tests with functional occlusion and heat samples. Based on the obtained data, a diagnostic criterion (DC) is calculated. If DC > −1, the absence of microcirculatory disorders is stated. At DC value ≤ −1 and > −2 violations are evaluated as weak. At DC value ≤ −2 and > −3 disorders are considered to be moderate. At DC value ≤ −3 and > −4 disorders are considered to be severe. At DC values ≤ −4 microcirculatory disorders are evaluated as very severe. Also disclosed is an apparatus for detecting microcirculatory disorders in skin.
