SUBSTANCE: group of inventions belongs to medicine, notably to methods and means of acupunctural reflexotherapy. Method includes insertion in patient's body points of biologically active zones at least one double-sided needle. Bended towards each other pointed ends of the needle are previously drown apart. During needle insertion its points are submerged in points of BAZ and joined. Additional impact on the needle is performed until its pointed ends are joined and crosswise overlapped. When session is over pointed ends of the needle are drown apart and needle is extracted. Double-sided acupuncture needle has made of neutral material arc-shaped handle. On both sides of the handle are situated rods with pointed ends. Pointed ends of rods are bended towards each other so in the free state they are situated joined and crosswise overlapped, and their longitudinal axes' tangents in crossing point are at an angle α=150-170°. Distance between joined and crosswise overlapped pointed ends is 2-8 mm.

EFFECT: method performed with the aid of deeply penetrating in tissue needle improves therapeutic effect due to expel of patient's addiction to impact of the needle, which provides reliable fixation in the points.
