FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns medicine, and can be applied for tissue treatment with low pressure feed thereto. A tube having at least one passage is inserted through patient's skin tissue with its distal ends adjoining a tissue region. An air cylinder attached to the tube is arranged to adjoin the tissue region. The air cylinder is inflated to separate the tissue and to form a cavity adjacent to the tissue region. A line with a collection of flow ducts is delivered to said cavity. The line is arranged so that to make at least one flow duct to contact with the tissue region. Low pressure is applied to the tissue region through the line flow ducts.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables low pressure to cover a great area of the subcutaneous tissue by a minimally invasive procedure.
